RETURNS & EXCHANGES

FREE returns and exchanges in the continental U.S.

Unworn, undamaged and in resallable condition items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of recieving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.

  1. Tell us why you’re returning your item on the checklist on the previous page.
  2.  Put the unworn/undamaged items you would like to return in the original packaging.
  3. Slap the included peel-off return label on the original packaging.
  4. Take the box to your closest USPS store (or appropriate shipper if a new label is sent).
  5. Once our warehouse has recieved your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be issued. If it’s been longer than two weeks, please contact us: costumercare@baladigala.com
  6. For exchanges, please allow 5-10 days for the returned item to reach us, and an additional 5-10 days for the exchange to be processed and shipped. You will recieve shipment notification when the new item ships!
  7. All items within the box must be returned undamaged for the refund to be applicable (map, coin, box and protection bag).

free shipping

We offer free shipping within the Continental U.S. for orders over $50. We also offer free return shipping for any orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm EST will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Bala Di Gala.

international shipments

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Bala Di Gala to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Bala Di Gala may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). Duties and taxes are included in the total cost of your purchase and are paid for by the consignee/buyer, along with the purchase price of the goods, at the time of checkout.
